how to clear auto-finalized job

I have a very large job that exceeded my individual memory allocation. I have used the mgr to remove the job. I have asked my admin for help and they have removed dispatch directories (?) and the thing will not go away. Which means everything I try to run queues. Any suggestions on how to clear this job?
