I am using Splunk 7.1.x and have upgraded twice..each time using rolling upgrade. The issue im facing is that scheduled searches are getting skipped or deferred for hours. I have changed the savedsearches.conf setting :
[default]
defer_scheduled_searchable_idxc = false
And put this on my cluster master. Should this not be on the SHC cluster as opposed ot the cluster master?
The error I am getting are
search was deferred to run after the searchable rolling restart or upgrade is completed. There are currently 35 deferred searches in total.
search was skipped during the searchable rolling restart or upgrade.
Anyone seen this before?
