Failure installing splunk

I am trying to instala splunk enterprise on a Windows 10 virtual machine and în the process of installing it just stops and it stays like that without progress. What can i do to install splunk on Windows 10?

did you assigned sufficient resources to your Virtual Machine?

Second question: at what point of the installation process it stops?

check if the procedure asks you the permit to change system configurations and the acceptance window is hided by another one.
