SplunkTrust | 2024 SplunkTrust Application Period is Open!

It's that time again, folks!

That's right, the application/nomination period for the 2024 SplunkTrust is officially open! 

Are you a member of the Splunk Community who thrives on helping others? Or have you noticed a Community member enthusiastically helping Splunk users on a regular basis?

SplunkTrust membership is awarded based on user contributions to the Splunk community through Splunk Answers, Splunk Community Slack, speaking at Splunk and industry events, and participating in other Splunk Community opportunities.

APPLY to join the SplunkTrust or NOMINATE a fellow Splunk practitioner now! You can also read on for more details on the qualifications for potential SplunkTrustees.

 

The application/nomination period will remain open through 11:59pm CDT on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

SplunkTrust Application Qualifications

• Must be a Splunk Customer or Partner
• Is kind, considerate, and follows the Splunk Community Guidelines
• Must be actively involved year-round in at least one of the following areas:
  
  
  • Splunk Answers
    • Responds/provides solutions
    • Extra consideration to official Splunk Answers Community Moderators
  • Splunk Community Slack
    • Responds to and helps users navigate Splunk and answer product questions and directs users to resources
    • To join the Splunk Community Slack workspace, visit: splk.it/slack
  • Splunk User Groups
    • Leads an official and active Splunk User Group or
    • Guest speaker at multiple Splunk User Group events
    • Other considerations: User Group local team (i.e. sources venues, checks in attendees, promotes chapter/events, etc. but is not officially on leadership team)

Consideration also goes to those who assist the Splunk Community in other ways - speak at industry events, mentoring individuals, participating in Customer Advisory Boards, etc. (Please retain links to event pages and resources to cite in application/nomination form.)

SplunkTrust membership is available to Splunk customers and partners only. New members are inducted each year at Splunk .conf., where new and returning members are also awarded and recognized.
