Today and every day, Splunk celebrates the importance of customer experience throughout our product, employees, and community. On October 1st, we’ll be taking our celebration to the next level by participating in CX Day.
The Customer Experience Professionals Association, focus for CX Day 2024 is “Good CX delivers better outcomes for customers, employees and organizations.” To build off this theme, Splunk developed an interactive quiz to help you, our customers identify your CX emotional quotient, and why this can be important to you as an employee or how you serve your customers in this digital marketplace.
