on the horse shoe meter i only see a percentage value , ex: 98.02
but i would also like it to show the % sign, ie 98.02 %
how do i achieve that...

i added +"%" to the query , and it does show on running it, but it does not show up on the horse shoe meter..

The Horseshoe meter is only able to render numeric results for the value, as far as I know, so if you have non-numeric characters in your result value, they'll get stripped out.
You can hack around it by doing something like this: | stats count as "%", which will result in a percent sign being printed under the value. Not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe a decent workaround.
