Why am I unable to Install Add-on from file on Cloud Trial?

I am trying to install an add-on and I have a zip file containing the add-on. I am using the Cloud trial version and this is for a POC. It seems I cannot "install from file" using the Cloud trial as that option is not present. Is there any way around this? I am trying to install the Workato add-on.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i think that for the cloud instances, the apps and add-ons (TAs) have to be with compliance to Splunk Cloud and to its version.
looking at the Workato App https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3348/#/overview
seems like it is not compliant with Splunk Cloud
this app for example: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/742/
is compliant with splunk cloud
you can try and download splunk free and install it on your cloud instance or on prem for your POC if the above app is a must
