Where can I download an older version of Splunk DB Connect (specifically version 1.2.2)?

Where can we download an older version of Splunk DB Connect, version 1.2.2 specifically? I don't see that version in Splunkbase: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2686/

I would contact them to get an older version. Under support in the app on Splunkbase (bottom right of the page) there is an option to file a ticket. Even on the docs (http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/1.2.2/DeployDBX/Installtheconnector) it links you to Splunkbase to download, and that version is not available.

yeah, I need 1.2.2 as well so I can migrate our 1.7 -> 1.2.2. -> 2.4.1 -> 3.1.1 as per the documentation.
