Hi,

I've followed the instructions online and can confirm that the credentials exist in the local/passwords.conf file however I am seeing the following error:

ExecProcessor - message from "python /opt/splunk/etc/apps/sophos_central/bin/sophos_events.py" Exception: No credentials have been found

Anyone sen this before?

Hi There, I am the original creator of this app.

I have just posed this notice as Sophos have released their own supported version of this App.

I am unable to easily support the old application as I no longer have access to a Sophos Central Subscription.
Thanks for your support, but your most reliable future path is probably with the new Sophos app as they will be able to better support you today and in the future.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Happy Splunking

Nick

If my comment helps, please give it a thumbs up!

To add to this (I cant seem to edit the question above?) I have ran:

curl -k -u admin https://localhost:8089/services/storage/passwords

and the output doesnt show anything relating to sophos, grepping for sections of the username (api-key) and password doesnt return anything either...I have tried opening up the file permissions for the sophos app to 755 and restarted to no avail 😕
