Account page is not loading for Palo Alto add-on on a Search head cluster

Hi,

We are trying to configure the Palo Alto add-on v 6.2 inputs on a search head cluster , but the account page is not loading just keep spinning. It's working fine on a stand a lone instance (HF) but that will not populate the minemld KV store lookups on the SHC . Any ideas if this addon inputs can actually work on SHC?
