How often during those times? Or only at those times?
This is not possible in a single cron expression; depending on the actual times you want to trigger the search, you may need to have up to 3 expressions e.g. to cover from Monday 02:00 to midnight; all day Tuesday through Friday; and, up to 00:30 on Saturday.
Alternatively, you can exclude those times in your search i.e. return zero results outside the desired timeframe.
