I have installed a fresh enterprise console and controller and have upgraded the version. Unfortunately, I have issues on both so I have backup all the dashboard and alerts & all other details required to full fill the app.

Hi @Ryan.Paredez I have reconfigured the app agent and require statement and now it transaction are visible by registering the transaction from "All Other Traffic". Unable to see any call/error/slow transaction/very slow transaction count in BT. When i check the snapshot it wasn't taken any. Kindly let me know if any other step to get the snapshot and count detail to all business transaction. thanks

Hi @Ryan.Paredez Good day..! tried on the steps to fix it but i can same transaction like 2 or 3. all other transaction are in "all Other traffic". can i have any step to get those transaction from "all Other traffic" to all business transaction. and how to find which transaction utilized 50 limits. thanks

Finally, get configured by disabling SSL, but the transaction which shows in the Business transaction of application is very few like 2 or 3 initial transactions and rest of transactions are placed inside the "All other transaction_node". How do I get the transaction back in "all business transaction".
let me know how to change the limit or register business transactions to list.

Hi All
I have installed a machine agent on the server and extension on Redis and I have given the application name, tier name, and node name and it was working fine.
Now, I plan to install the NodeJS agent to the NodeJS application and have configured the controller information the same as the controller provided.
But it was not connecting as checked with document and machine agent controller-info.xml file should be removed with the application name, node name, and Tier name.
I restarted the application but it was not connected.
So, have stopped the machine agent and rename the folder, and restarted the application still the same.
Does anyone face the same issue?
Kindly help.

Hi @Ryan.Paredez Document which is share is to configuring and details of each items. I have application configured and now it was show single node and other connectivity like db etc. Actually, On flow diagram in main page of application shows only one Node as process-0 and i need each business transaction in that single node should be shown in single flow diagram of application. Kindly confirm is possible or not if yes then kindly share me steps to perform it. if no then let me know why we can't. Thanks

Hi All
I have a NodeJS application. I have configured the NodeJS app agent to the application and configured it successfully.
Now I need my business transaction to be shown in the flow diagram of the application's main dashboard, but what I see is Node and other connectivity like DB, etc.
If I go to tiers and node I see tier as NodeJS as give during app agent installation and Node is process-0 same which is given during installation.
What should I do for getting each business transaction to show as a node in the flow diagram?
Please share with me some ideas or steps to work on. If no, please share with me some alternates.

Hi All Good day! I have question in Windows Event Log monitor. I have configured and got the custom in application dashboard. Now i have to configure alert for particular event in custom. so can you guys share me step by step configuration on custom event to alert. which need to be choose for alert like creating Http request template or email template or email digest. I have tried with HTTP template and email digest. Http template create separate event but no mails are thrown when custom has data. Kindly help me with this. thanks
