Appreciate to clarify if it still the same behavior or there's any changes can be done to show the data every 30seconds instead of 1 minute

Dears, we have 2 applications called(Cortex & IST) & they are related to credit cards processing & management which are provided by FIS vendor these 2 APPS consist of 2 parts(JAVA & C), we successfully monitored the Java part, but we aren't able to monitor the C part as the source code doesn't exit & not provided by the FIS vendor... Is there anyone who succeeded in monitoring them or has any idea about how to do that?

@Aboubacar.Traore the link that I shared in my previous comment was of a question for the same issue, & there's a one who replied saying there's a method to apply the eum on kony platform.. but he shared a link that isn't accessible

Hi, We have A hybrid platform for mobile application called "KONY", & we have to apply the Mobile EUM on the mobile applications that is built by KONY Platform. Unfortunately, we didn't find the KONY Platform in the available AppDynamics supported platforms. Is the KONY Platform is supported by AppDynamics? If yes, we have to know the proper way to instrument our mobile app that is built by KONY Platform.

Dears, We have 2 DB servers, one is primary & the other is secondary and we are monitoring them using DNS, which take us to the working one. But when a switch occurs from the primary server to the secondary one, no indication shows this switch while the data is shown fine So we are searching for any metric or alert that can notify us when the switching process occurs.

Dear Eric, the metric of the limits was already configured and set to 20000, should I have to increase it ??!! also for the rule I checked it and it isn't fully used & it's only 80% utilization

Dears, I have a java app on which installed java app agent. the agent is installed & configured successfully but its status is 0 & didn't report any metrics when checked the log file of the app agent I found the following warning: [Log file information has been redacted for security reasons] Can anyone help to overcome this issue? ^ Edited by @Ryan.Paredez to remove log file information. Please do not copy and paste or attach log files for security and privacy reasons
