@D2SI , did you have to do any other changes in your AWS account for it to know which SQS queue to use for config vs notification?

removing and reinstalling add-on fixed the problem. I can verify that was not permission issue over the files but whatever. If you find any other solution to the problem when facing it please post it here. best, T

additional to that this is typical behavior when the server doesnt have enough resources like enough CPU power or RAM available. add more before doing more digging like wasting time in troubleshooting.
