The Resolve App for Splunk Enterprise is an extension of Resolve Software for Incident Resolution. Resolve is an industry leading software solution for the accelerated resolution of incidents related to IT infrastructure (e.g. network, devices, applications). The Resolve App embeds the Resolve menu capabilities right into the Splunk Enterprise platform to enhance agent productivity allowing them work directly in the Splunk platform.
