Why can't I register for the Splunk certification exam?

I come from Shanghai, China.

I filled in all the information in <Start by connecting your accounts, then get registered.>, but the form to submit the information at the end is gray and unavailable.

Does anyone help me?

Its seems you are registering from https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/pearson-vue-registration-form.html?locale=en_us 

it seems you are missed to update some data in form,please fill the deatils, then you can able to see submit information buttion

I found that I did miss some information, but this is not the real reason for my failure to submit. I found the verification information at the bottom of your picture, which I did not display. It seems that I need VPN to see this.
