I've been unable to login to start a lab on a course (or view the course) since yesterday.
I've tried multiple computers and browsers as well. Please help!
Repro steps:
1) Go to education.splunk.com
2) Select Manage Your Enrollments here
(Page starts to load and then stops)
3) Weep at stuck URL

Thank you for your reply - I'll try turning off the VPN, I've tried the other options.
One other question - if I have a high ping, could that affect the authentication handshake?

It can affect login, but there are also many other things that can cause problems, like VPNs/network restrictions, cache and/or cookies, computer firewall/security settings, browser settings.

We recommend following these steps:
- Clear the cache in your browser, and restart the browser
- Reboot your computer if possible
- Try different browsers
- Try alternate network
- Turn off VPN if applicable.
