I'm exploring official Splunk Certification Exams Study Guide right now and all links to https://education.splunk.com/ are broken (403 error). Some permissions must be requested to access this site? Or it's just a temporary web-server failure?
Examples:

https://education.splunk.com/category/statistical-processing?301=/en_us/training/courses/statistical...

Splunk websites sometimes have their share of problems involving cookies and (mis)managing sessions. You might try another browser and private/incognito mode without any adblocking and script-disabling addons.
Yes, the problem caused by splunk.com cookie named "OptanonConcent". If I remove it, I can access any resource on education.splunk.com
But every time I visit splunk.com or community.splunk.com, I catch this "OptanonConcent" again and education.splunk.com start being unavailable.
Tried both in Chrome and Firefox, with and without addblock plugin.
This problem is only with Splunk web-site. This is weird.
Bump. Am I the only one experiencing this problem?
Hello, I am not seeing the error.
Have you tried clearing your history/cache?
Hello.
Yes, of course. I tried to clear all site data with the same result
