For non admin roles, when I navigate to User Web page "Account Settings" showing page not found. Is there way to allow certain roles to access the page? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for answer. My user role already have default capabilities. Still not able to access "Account Settings".

To access the User > Account Settings page the user role needs to have at least the change_own_password capability. It sounds like yours is missing that, so it will need to be added. Log in with an admin or power user account to verify. If that's not the case then there's an issue somewhere else, but that's where to start looking.

Also, sometimes the app context can affect the availability of some settings/pages.

You might try changing to Apps > Search & Reporting and then pull up the account settings for your user.

You'll have to add one or more capabilities to the role.
