I already complete Certification Power User. The rest for achieve SE1 is "Splunk Demo"
Can you answer me that How to register Splunk Demo exam? Where is this portal?

@nichchan, mid of last month Splunk announced new Accreditation and Certification paths and informed that Sales Engineer I and II paths no longer require demo and Custom Data Load (CDL) presentations. You should check the Sales Engineer I Accreditation path on Partner Portal. You can reach out to Accreditation Team on accreditations@splunk.com for any clarification/details.

Where I get the accredited/certificate from?

You should be able to see the Certificate/Badge for download in 3-4 working days under the list of your Certifications/Accreditation. Also the status should change from In progress to Completed. If it does not happen by next week, you can reach out to accreditation team.
Sales Engineer I is a pre-requisite for Sales Engineer II, so I would say next step is the next Accreditation 😄
