How can I purchase training credits?

In my splunk education account, on the main page I have a "Manage your Education credits here!" option. When I click this I land on the "your account" page which tells me "You have no training credit account. Purchase training credit here." That link brings me back to the first page...

How can I obtain a training credit account?
