403 Error when trying to registering for Splunk Fundamentals 1 elearning course

Hi Team,

I am trying to register for the Splunk Fundamentals 1 course, specifically eLearning module.

However, I am unable to register as I am continuously getting 403 Forbidden error when clicking on the eLearning link.

Getting similar issue when trying for Fundamentals 2.

Not sure what the issue is. Request your help for the same,
