Implementing Splunk IT Service Intelligence 4.15 is an 18-hour course designed for administrator users who will implement Splunk IT Service Intelligence for analysts to use. The first day includes content from Using Splunk IT Service Intelligence. The course covers IT Service Intelligence analyst user training, designing, implementing services and searches, defining and adding entities, and more. Gary Swanson is one of the course instructors and Nate Pomeroy was the course developer.
“The instructor, Gary, did an excellent job leading the course. ITSI is, in my opinion, one of the most complex areas of the Splunk portfolio, with many moving parts and interdependent concepts. Gary did a fantastic job breaking everything down in a structured and engaging way, making it much easier to grasp. One of the highlights for me was his use of a car analogy to explain ITSI services. It was both clear and memorable, and I’m definitely going to borrow that when explaining ITSI to customers in the future.”
