needs to delete splunk account

Hi Team,

i have created my account on support portal with my official email address followed by all details ..

but i don't remember the user name and password which i have given at the time of user creation . now i am unable to create the new one since it already  have some account with that email id .. seems we have to delete that account associated with that email Id .. how can we delete that account associated with my offical email_id so that i can create the new one ..

Account deletion can only be done by Splunk Support team.
