where did result of search store?

Hi Everyone,
I have one question. I have excuted searching and created alert data in splunk. I saw alert on tab alert of splunk. Howerver, I want know, Where result of my search store? I have found in "C:\Program Files\Splunk\var\lib\splunk" but i couldn't found. Please help me solve this problem.

What is the reason for wanting to know the location of the dispatch directory?

The dispatch directory is where search artifacts are stored. This is under $SPLUNK_HOME/var/run/splunk/dispatch.
