Instead of doing stats by productName, can you do them by productId?

         Provide details about client purchase details 

         1. Total Purchase split by product ID

         2. Product Names split by product ID

Purchase Statistics:
          Provide :

         1. cartToPurchase(%) by productID : purchases/addtocart

         2. viewsToPurchase(%) by productID : purchases/views (total event count AS view)

Try changing productName to productId in your search

sourcetype=access_* status=200 | chart count(eval(action="addtocart")) AS addtocart count(eval(action="purchase")) AS purchases by productId | eval percent=(purchases/addtocart )*100 

 and see what id does. This is a tutorial right? Presumably, you are trying to learn how to use splunk? One of the best ways to learn is by trying things and see what happens.
