The "precision" and "recall" shown on GUI seems wrong in Machine Learning Toolkit

I tried "Predict Categorical Fields" of showcase in Machine Learning Toolkit.
I calculated the "precision" and "recall" from confusion matrix.
The "precision" and "recall" shown on GUI seems wrong.
Please let me know the way of calculation of this "precision" and "recall".

My environment is as follows,
Splunk Enterprise 8.0.0
MLTK 5.0.0
