Hi All
We have a distributed environment (no cluster).
Splunk Enterprise Version 8.1.3
Is there a way to create a dashboard for all search peers (indexers), where I can see there CPU, Memory and Disk Usage?

The Monitoring Console has such a dashboard.  Set up the MC in Distributed mode and add all of your Splunk instances as search peers.  Then go to the Overview or Resource Usage tabs to see usage.
