Is there a plugin or a way that I can use it with in Splunk for IP address management ?

It will be good to have to utilize the nice reporting and other features that come with splunk

Centralized IP address management where you can get detailed visibility about the IP address space that comes with ip summary dashboard and the ability to recieve and alert before a subnet or DHCP scope is full
real time historical tracking what ips are in use now and how properties have changed scan segmentation or autodiscovery

Most likely the answer is "no", but could you explain more clearly on what you mean by "IP address management"? What features/functionality would that module have?
