If I have host names and need to tie them to an IP address, can Splunk perform a command similar to nslookup?

Can splunk perform a command similar to nslookup? i have the host names just need to tie them to an ip address.

What you are wanting to perform is a standard dns lookup then, hostname/fqdn to ip address. Splunk can do this, and reverse (ip to hostname/FQDN) lookups quite easily.
