How to replace the "No Data Found" message with the custom message in the dashboard panel when the query in dashboard is not returning any results.

Here's an example of how to do it for a table panel using the appendpipe command:

index=x sourcetype=y | appendpipe [stats count | eval fieldA=if(count=0, "No data found in Splunk",  fieldA) | eval  fieldB=if(count=0, "No data found in Splunk", fieldB) | eval fieldC=if(count=0, "No data found in Splunk", fieldC)] | stats count by fieldA, fieldB, fieldC
