How to query all forwarders related to a client name

In our distributed environment, we use client name to recognize the forwarders from the deployment server. Is there a way to get details about all the forwarder belongs to a particular clientname?

Client name will not provide any information regarding the forwarders. It can only be used to recognize the forwarder in deployment server.
