Hi,

try this:
<input type="time" token="timepicker">
<label></label>
<default>
<earliest>-24h@h</earliest>
<latest>now</latest>
</default>
<change>
<set token="timepicker_label">$label$</set>
</change>
</input>
</fieldset>
<row>
<panel>
<title>$timepicker_label$</title>
</panel>
</row>
