How to add a label to a char legend?

I would like to add a label for the upper/lower 95. I was wondering how I could do that. Id like to have it the same color as the line as well, similar to --Upper|Lower95.

I was having issues posting this question. had to redo it three times. But I would like the final label to look like --Upper/Lower95(but purple)
