Splunk Search

How can I return a value from a kv store lookup if a value from my search is found within a certain range in the lookup?

Hi dear Splunkers

I have a lookup (KV Store) with the following columns:

CITY...................ValueFrom ValueTo
TOKYO..............18169856 18170879
COIMBATORE 18254592 18254847
PUNE ...............18297856 18298111
HYDERABAD....18346752 18347007

Now in my search, I get the Value 18170000. How can I now perform a lookup to get TOKYO?
Every kind of hint would be helpful.

Kind regards

Your best bet is to create an external script, and check if the value in the event is median of the two values in lookup.
