I have client that already has a IBM Qradar SIEM and wants to Integrates with Splunk SOAR (formely name as Splunk phantom).
Can you guys tell me if is it possible and how to implement it?

You can integrate IBM qradar With Phantom SOAR. I did the integration and working fine without any issues
