Why am I receiving a "404 Page Not found error" while accessing the "Splunk free trial ITSI sandbox"?

Hello Splunk Experts -

Need your help in fixing the issue I am having while accessing "Free trial ITSI sandbox instance" which I have just created and getting redirected to "Error Page".

Error Code : 26
Error Description : Unable to create contact
Error Details : UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW
Exception : Unable to obtain exclusive access to this record

The ITSI sandbox was removed several releases ago. There are currently no plans to replace it.

I am facing this same problem with this account which was registered today to splunk.com. My colleague also registered new account and faced the same problem. Looks like the entire new account registration process is broken somehow.
