Hello,
I have some alerts set up in an instance of ITSI. The emails are configured to provide a link to the results of the search used to trigger the alert. Whenever myself of other Splunk admins try to click the link, it goes to Splunk Cloud and says "No valid Splunk role found in local mapping."
Does anybody know how to configure the email to use a link that goes to the correct ITSI instance of Splunk?
