Why is my Splunk ITSI license usage stuck at 0 ?

Hello dear splunkers,

Since we upgrade our ITSI version to 4.0.0, the license usage report for ITSI is stuck at 0. It's bothering because the default license usage chart correlates datas from the enterprise license usage, and the ITSI license usage. And with this bug, that default chart is empty...

In the log, we can see this message, I don't know if it's related :

10-18-2018 00:00:00.543 +0200 ERROR LMAdminHandlerLicenses - ITSI Event Management License: failed to add because: stack already has this license, cannot add again

Is anyone facing the same issue ?

As of 4.0, ITSI ships with an internal license stack called IT Service Intelligence Internals DO NOT COPY stack. This might be causing the issue.
