What exactly we need to do in the backend to add one new action in NEAP?

Hi,

I have to add some custom action option in NEAP for ticket creation of upcoming notable events. I have APIs and script ready for ticket creation, just want to call those APIs from Splunk UI through NEAP option. Please refer the below screenshot, where I want to add one more action. What exactly we need to do in the backend to add one new action in NEAP.
