Is it possible with ITSI to establish bidirectional ticketing integration with Microsoft DevOps?

Hello,

I see here in the ITSI manual that bidirectional integration exists OOTB for ServiceNow and Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring.  I would like the same functionality for Microsoft DevOps.  Is this possible?  Are there any frameworks or templates within ITSI that facilitate the creation of this type of integration?
