After upgrade the ITSI to v4.0.2, find that it have N/A data for several services but checking the RAW events, they are available
Found that there is an extra column under metric in base search. Further checking, it might be something related to data gap that shows N/A. So, I have changed it for all base search metric from Null Value (default) to Last Available Value. Once done, found that all kpi’s are no longer shows N/A.
