Hello all i have been installed splunk enterprise multiple times and i am unable to sign in as it shows me the error "Your license is expired" Any suggestions how to overcome this ?

Do you have a new license file to apply? You will need to login with the admin user/pass credentials and then navigate to Settings->Licensing and click the green 'Add license' button to apply a new license.
If you do not have a new license file then you'll need to speak to your friendly Splunk account team to sort something out.
