Hello Splunkers!
I'm trying to upgrade my Splunk Enterprise from 9.0.x to 9.1.x . After checking the release notes, I saw that I need to add the following:

I have done that and proceeded to perform the upgrade, but I received an error regarding the UTF8 even though I added the required line. Any suggestions for what I might do to overcome this issue?
