That’s depends on your os and used fw/antivirus etc systems/program.

I'm trying use the ip address in other machine and getting fire wall are blocked

If the block is done by host then you must enable those ports which are needed (8000 or what ever you are using) on that host. How to do it is based on which host based firewall you are using.
If those are backed by network level then you must ask your network admins that they will allow that traffic.
