I need help on How to set up or enable secured syslog in Splunk?

Don't. Set up secure syslog to a dedicated syslog server (like rsyslog or syslog-ng) then set up a secure UF connection to Splunk.

Do you have any sample configuration that can guide me how to set it up? Looking forward to your help.

Does the setup link below work? This is the only docs that I can find.
