How to monitor disk health of computers using splunk universal forwarder?

I have difficulties using disk drive health monitoring.

I saw the option when I installed the SplunkUniversalForwarder, I checked the box, but I don't know how to watch the drive health on Splunk Web Interface.

Can you help me to find those data please?

Can you paste your inputs.conf under $Splunk_Home/etc/apps and $Splunk_Home/etc/system/local?
