How to color cells based on there values and bases on the cells before it?

Hi

I have lots of data that I want to see on one screen, so I need to use a transpose.

When I do this I cant add colours easily

As you can see below this is what I want.

when the % is over 100 it goes red and below 100 it goes green, but only for the columns with % in then.

Any help would is great thanks.

You can also do this with CSS (no javascript)

Essentially, you extend the fields you want coloured with a multivalue representing the colour you want, use colour palette to convert the value to a colour and use CSS to hide the additional multivalue.
