How to change the company name in Splunk account.

Hi All,

While registering to Splunk i mistakenly put wrong company name so now i cannot access the Splunk Support services. As i can only use my company's email for this (which is already registered ) and re registration with the same mail id is not possible. I need to change the Company's name in my account. Any suggestions.
