Can we use the Splunk Light cloud service for our requirements?

We have multiple log sources (log4net, windows event, iis logs) on multiple machines (10 machines). Can we go with Splunk Cloud Light as a log management tool without any restriction?

FYI, Currently our infra is generating log size less then 1 gb/per day.

Also like to know what will be the charges.
